OUR POSITION

The company operates an adults-only service, with an age gate that declines anyone under eighteen at signup, and does not permit any child sexual abuse or exploitation material or conduct anywhere on its products.

WHAT FYZYGY SHELF IS

Fyzygy Shelf holds a user's own private, written text notes and lists. There are no uploads, no sharing, and no publication. Nothing a user writes on Fyzygy Shelf is visible to any other user, and there is no way to distribute it to anyone. There is no distribution surface.

THE PROHIBITION STILL APPLIES

The company-wide prohibition on any content or conduct that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child applies to Fyzygy Shelf as it does everywhere on the company's products.

HANDLING

Where such material is found or reported, the company will remove it from view and access immediately and preserve only what is required as evidence for legal process, will report it to the appropriate authorities, and will cooperate with law enforcement. Records of such matters are kept even after an account is deleted, as the law requires.

HOW TO REPORT

Anyone may raise a child-safety concern by writing to the Grievance Officer at grievance@fyzygy.com, marked urgent. That address reaches us.
