GRIEVANCE OFFICER

The company has appointed Meghavarsha Rajeshwari as Grievance Officer for the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the Information Technology Rules 2021.

HOW TO RAISE A GRIEVANCE

A user may write to the Grievance Officer at grievance@fyzygy.com, or by post to the registered office, marked for the Grievance Officer. Contact is by email or post.

WHAT WE DO AND WHEN

We handle grievances on two tracks. A grievance about the handling of personal data is acknowledged, and we aim to resolve it within a reasonable time, usually three to four weeks. A complaint about content is acted on within the shorter period the Information Technology Rules require.

ESCALATION

A user who is not satisfied may approach the Data Protection Board of India in the manner the law provides.
