AGREEMENT

These Terms govern use of Fyzygy Shelf. By using Fyzygy Shelf, the user agrees to these Terms.

ELIGIBILITY

The products are for adults aged eighteen and over. A date of birth is collected at signup to confirm age, and anyone under eighteen cannot create an account. Use by anyone under eighteen is prohibited.

ACCOUNTS

Signup uses a one time passcode. Login uses a password. A forgotten password is reset through the first-time password-set path. A user is responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for activity under their account. A user has one Fyzygy account with a public handle, the same across the products, which the user can change at most once every thirty days; a retired handle is not reused. A user sets a display name for each product.

COMPANY PROPERTY

The company's own materials, namely its trademarks, its user interface, its software, and its designs, are the company's property or licensed to it, and may not be copied or commercially used without permission. This clause covers platform assets only. It does not claim ownership of user content.

YOUR CONTENT

A user keeps ownership of their notes, lists and reminders. The user grants the company only the limited permission needed to store the content and display it back to the user. Nothing on Fyzygy Shelf is published to anyone. A user may export or delete their content, and deletion follows the timeline in the privacy notice.

ACCEPTABLE USE

A user must not use Fyzygy Shelf for anything unlawful, must not attempt to break or misuse it, and must not store unlawful material. The company may act on a valid report or legal notice.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

The company may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law, or where the law requires. A user may close their account at any time through the account centre.

GRIEVANCES

A user may raise a grievance with the Grievance Officer, as described on the contact page.

DISCLAIMERS

Fyzygy Shelf is provided as it is. The company does not guarantee that it will always be available or error free.

LIABILITY

The company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from user content.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, for every user.

UPDATES TO THE APP

The company updates Fyzygy Shelf through Google Play. In addition, when the app opens it may download an update to its own code and use that update at the next launch.

CHANGES

The company may update these Terms and will make material changes visible before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means the user accepts them.
